ABOUT
Caring for ideas at their most vulnerable.
I’ve spent my career helping ambitious ideas grow—guiding them from early spark to meaningful, real-world impact. I work at the intersection of creativity, production, and business affairs, where thoughtful structure and collaboration allow great ideas to thrive, scale, and endure.
For more than 25 years, I’ve built systems and partnerships that empower creative teams to do their best work. I believe creativity flourishes when supported by trust, clarity, and smart frameworks. When the right guardrails are in place, teams gain the freedom to take risks, move faster, and deliver work that resonates culturally and commercially.
My career began with an experience that laid a strong foundation: my first produced commercial, which starred Bradley Cooper, went on to win an Effie Award. It was an early reminder that exceptional work is created through a balance of creative instinct, preparation, and respect—for talent, audiences, and the process.
As an Executive Producer, I’ve led and supported fully integrated, 360° campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, experiential, and emerging platforms for global brands including McDonald’s, PepsiCo, Google, State Farm, Molon Coors, and Home Depot, to name a few. The work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio, ADC, and LIA—but what matters most to me is creating work that connects, performs, and leaves a lasting impression.
My work with Pepsi and McDonald’s highlights my ability to manage complex, high-stakes productions with precision and agility. On Pepsi’s Better With Pepsi and Rum and Pepsi campaigns, I helped bring brand storytelling into everyday cultural moments, contributing to work that earned Gold Lions at Cannes across Outdoor and Print & Publishing, along with multiple Silver and Bronze Lions and top honors from The One Show, ADC, Clio, and LIA.
For McDonald’s, I executive-produced the globally celebrated WcDonald’s anime collaboration, partnering with Studio Pierrot, BrandStar Studios, and artist Young Miko. The project seamlessly blended animation, live action, music, and experiential production—deepening McDonald’s cultural relevance and strengthening its connection with the global anime community.
Beyond marquee campaigns, I’ve provided executive production and business affairs leadership across a wide range of global initiatives. I’m deeply committed to talent partnerships, cultural authenticity, inclusion, and transparency. As AI and emerging technologies reshape how content is created and shared, I focus on approaches that expand creative possibilities while maintaining integrity and trust.
Most recently, as Director of Business Affairs – Process, I designed systems that simplify complexity and give creativity room to breathe. I developed playbooks, frameworks, and shared languages that help teams move confidently from concept to execution—reducing friction, increasing clarity, and enabling better decision-making.
At the core of my work is thoughtful translation: understanding how people actually work, then creating processes that support—not slow—them. The best systems fade into the background, quietly enabling strong partnerships, informed choices, and inspired creative output.
Everything I do is grounded in care for the craft, the people behind it, and the long-term health of the organization. My goal is to help build an industry where bold ideas are not only possible, but supported, scalable, and made responsibly.
the values i stand for
I believe clarity enables confidence, and confidence enables great work.
1. Integrity & Accountability
I believe in doing things the right way, not just the fast way. Integrity guides how I manage risk, governance, and decision-making. I hold myself accountable for protecting the business and the people doing the work, because trust comes from consistency, transparency, and follow-through.
2. Clarity as a Form of Respect
I value clarity because it respects people's time, intelligence, and creativity. Clear expectations, transparent decisions, and well-defined guardrails allow teams to move faster and work with confidence.
3. Structure That Enables Creativity
I don't see structure as a constraint on creativity-I see it as protection. Thoughtful systems and smart guardrails create the safety and confidence required for bold ideas to take risks and scale without loosing their integrity.
4. Care for People, Craft, and Ideas
I lead with care, especially when ideas are at their most vulnerable. I believe how work is made matters as much as the final result. Respect for talent, culture, collaborations, and the process itself is central to how I show up as a leader.
5. Inclusion, Equity & Representation
Inclusion isn't theoretical for me-it's operational. I'm intentional about who has access to opportunity, whose voices are heard, and how talent is protected. Equity works only when it's embedded directly into systems and decisions.
6. Collaboration Over Silos
I believe the strongest outcomes come from cross-functional partnership. Creative, legal, finance, production, technology, and operations all play interconnected roles, and I value shared ownership over territorial thinking.
7. Excellence With Purpose
I hold high standards because quality creates impact. I care about work that is both beautiful and responsible-work that engages people, respects culture, and delivers meaningful business results without sacrificing values.
8. Forward Thinking, Grounded in Responsibility
I'm optimistic and future-focused, but never reckless. I value ethical innovation and thoughtful adaptation, especially as new tools and technologies emerge. Progress, to me, means evolving without loosing core principles.
9. Empathetic, Service-Oriented Leadership
I lead with empathy and humanity. My role is to listen, provide clarity, remove obstacles, and create the conditions for others to succeed. I see leadership as service-not status.
Category & Brand Experience
I've led business affairs and executive production for globally scaled, culturally impactful work with some of the world's most recognized brands across a broad range of categories like Food, Beverages & QSR, Consumer Packaged Good, Retail, E-Commerce & Consumer Services, Financial Services & Insurance, Healthcare, Pharma, Tech & Telecommunications, Energy & Industrial plus Nonprofit, Government & Public Services.
